Our Story

Born from Love, Built on Compassion

3M’s Services (Michelle's Mindful Movements) was founded by Jonathan Martin in memory of his beloved sister, Tamara Michelle Martin, who passed away at only ten years old after suffering catastrophic brain damage caused by an impaired driver. Her strength and spirit continue to inspire the foundation of this agency.

Jonathan spent years working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Through this work, he realized the profound impact compassionate care can make. He envisioned creating an agency that would not only honor Michelle’s life, but also provide the services she would have needed.

In May 2022, his vision came true — and 3M’s Services LLC was born.

At 3M’s Services, LLC we believe that the success of our community includes creating an environment of inclusion for all who live there. By showing Care and compassion for all that we serve and being committed to maintaining integrity in our work we will ensure that the clients we serve live their most independent and successful life possible. We will use a person-centered approach to identify the supports necessary to assist clients with achieving their needs and desires. We promise to equip our staff with the training needed to assist clients with building meaningful relationships, participating in meaningful activities, and ensuring they are healthy and safe while in our care.
