About Us
Born from Love, Built on Compassion
3M’s Services (Michelle's Mindful Movements) was founded by Jonathan Martin in memory of his beloved sister, Tamara Michelle Martin, who passed away at only ten years old after suffering catastrophic brain damage caused by an impaired driver. Her strength and spirit continue to inspire the foundation of this agency.
Jonathan spent years working with individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Through this work, he realized the profound impact compassionate care can make. He envisioned creating an agency that would not only honor Michelle’s life, but also provide the services she would have needed.
In May 2022, his vision came true — and 3M’s Services LLC was born.
