Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Valid Driver's License
Current Auto Insurance
Clean driving record
Required Documents
Please have these documents ready when applying:
Driver's License & Social Security Card
Vehicle Registration
First Aid/CPR Certificate (if applicable)
Blood Borne Pathogens Certificate (if applicable)
Seizure Management Certificate (if applicable)
Qualified Professionals (QPs)
Lead service planning and provide oversight to ensure quality care delivery.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in Health & Human Services + 2 years full-time IDD experience
OR Bachelor's in any field + 4 years full-time IDD experience
Meet NC credentialing standards
Auto Insurance Declaration Page
Final sealed transcript or proof of degree
EBPI Certificate (if applicable)
Med-Management Certificate (if applicable)
